Today, I'm taking the next letter in the word, BOLD to show how to build a bold team.
O-Outstanding: Like the example I gave above that no one wants to endup building building a dunghill but, rather, a gigantic, fascinating and eye capturing edifice. You must build and brush up yourself to outstanding or let me say to stand out from your peers and partners. Dont rush to complete the building of your house but patiently setup a plan that will receive passersby accolade. Great men buildup themselves to stand out at anytime, whether it ia ferocious, turbulent or horrendous, they always have the backbone to stand, so must your partnership business!
