Leadership Skills Development (7 Ms)
This is a rare privilege on what I want to give you. Many a times, people, companies and great organisations pay exorbitant fees for their employees to for this type of trainings or seminars.
But today, I will be dashing it out free of charge(FOC). I want to give you 7 M's you need to build a Sustainable Leadership Skills. By the time I list everything, yourself, company, organisation, institution, establishment or business will experience a turning point.
Follow me as I run you through indispensable characteristics:
M- Method- To be a great leader, you must be ableto build a distinct method for outsiders to mentor. Don't just be static, unreasonable or thinking in a parochial way. Be broad in your reasoning and conceptions. The first that is most paramount is the type of method you are building or you have built.
M- Mould- to mould means to reshape or to form something in accordance with your suitability. You have to mould your company to contend with ebb and hides of life. Before you can have a well built up organisation, you must first build up yourself, your coworkers and finally, the whole company.
This is the same as building a strong and firm leadership skills, you have to toil until you are adapted to building a greater people with the same deluxe skills.
M- Mind- your mind is the treasure of your output. Whether some good or bad is being engineered inside, it is your mind that will tell by hiring the mouth.
Often times, great leaders to be, have destroyed their good reputations by what they take into considerations. They weren't wise enough to know that enemies are hunting for their downfall. Because of their nonchalant and unserious attitude to salient things, they missed everything.
Now, how do we reconsider the way we think, reason and do somethings? When and where should we take actions? Is it necesarygnecessary that we show people that we are wise enough to reply every contradictory statement made against us?
