Mission and Vision

There are various contradictions about missions and visions. What are the differences? What do we mean about that? Is there any relationship? To ask few questions... What are the differences between mission and vision. Mission is the road, vision is the road map. All you need to talk on this topic is based on this simple analogy. Mission is a statement, vision is reinstatement. Mission gives you direction while vision leads you into the direction. You can't work out a mission without having a strong vision.
