SYNERGY

Finally, this wholesome and delightful word came out first time on my blog. I have been thinking about the beautiful meaning all these while.
It occurred to me that this word has some meanings pregnant in it. In fact, I see it in a more different ways than you are doing right now or you will ever think of. Before I proceed to writing in lent, I want to take my time to breakdown this compound word.
Synergy= Seen+ energy.
Synergy=Sync + energy.
Synergy=Synthetic + energy.
Before I explain the meanings to my breakdowns, I want to give the dictionary meaning of synergy. According to Merriam Webmaster Dictionary, it defined as,  the increased effectiveness that results when two or more people or businesses work together.

Notice some peculiar words here, " increased," "effectiveness," "two...," "work together."
There is always an increment when two people with the same mind work together. A single person can never make a people. The output of two indefatigable minds is much more than one willing-horse mindedpaTwo are better than one, that exactly what the bible told us. Until you must turn upside down the "M" in ME to "WE" yu can never go far, because, together we stand to progress and divided we fall in retrogression.

The second keyword, effectiveness. Two persons of like minds must be effective. They must coming together with a defined and and the mind to work towards fulfilling that singular objective. Efficiency and effectiveness must characterise our dispositions as partners.

Let me jump to the last keyword, which is work together. A union will sooner that later collapse if their aim is not to work together.

The first motive to work is to have the right mind towards it.
Work will make you reduce the passion to steal.
Cooperatively when we have have what we do, the news that something is missing or arm robbery occurrences will drastically be reduced. We all need to have something we are doing. Get occupied!
The second motive is to be able to work together I.e unity.
A company that has thousands of workers but in disunity will soon be dissolved.
We need to get a work/job, then, work together to achieve one goal.

Back to the explanations on my compound word, synergy, breakdowns. The first one, Seen+ energy: togetherness brings greatness. When we work together, there is a foresight to becoming great. A very experienced or versatile leader sees the greatness in working condition of his employees. Energy must fflow in from different directions so as to bring about absolute and greater success. A student that wants to study everything, all by himself, will soon get tired, weary and clueless when it get to a certain point.
You need me, I need you and we need ourselve, that is success.
Infant companies need to read this fact that, they can never thrive until they equip their workers to work, not based on the small remuneration they are being paid, but on the fact that, it is everyone's duty to grow the company.

There is power and great possibilities in seen energy. Work towards it until you have of handy. Let it be part and parcel of you.

Synchronous+ energy: Synchronous means happening, moving, or existing at the same time. There is a dynamo when we work together. Many people would have succeeded but because they can't bear working with people because of ego. Let me stop here today. I continue from here next time by God's grace.
