Everybody understands the language of "Thank You," " I am grateful," " You have really tried." The worst mistake any man can make is not to appreciate your workers.


Appraisal is very necessary ingredient to boost the morale of the people working with you, under you or around you. You need to take your time to give them accoales and kudos for every effort they made to serving you better.

You can't know the extent a person can't work until you give him some level of praises and accolades.
