Professionalism? How About This?

Do you know I am a professional? This is the statement that comes out from the mouth of most of our so-called graduates. Maybe, in the course of schooling, they have bagged one professional certificate or the other.
They will always refer to it as pretext and backup to whatever they want to say.

I accept that you are a professional, but are a great thinker? Do you know what is needed to achieve the set goal? Do you participate fully in accomplishing our goal? Why then are you claiming to be pfessional?

For every country to develop and attain greater heights, they don't need junks and piles of professionals. They need the worker that are committed to carrying outout the task. Enough of, I'm a professional!

Let's see a professional that can't even think clockwise... A professional that can't imagine things happen... A professional that can't work out things perfectly... A professional that cant set up and ho extra mile...  Professional that cant work with both hands... A professional that prefers staying in a air conditioned apartment rather than going to the field to work... A professional that doesn't even know what to do... A professional that can't demand himself lest to talk of the company they are working for.

Which professional is that? Who made you a profesaional? I think we definitely have to close down some colleges and tertiary institutions. They are creating a lot of problems. They don't allow UA to know who and who is qualified forghe job. They just hive everyone certificate based or his theoretical performances. They don't do a practise and analytical test for people.

If I have my way, I will seize most graduates results and demand them to come and practixalise what fhy have learnt in the pastbyears before they can reclaim their certicates. If not, no certixate for you.

I call on our government to ensure that those who know the work should be employed and notnjuat mere graduate who doesn't even understand it.

Enough of professionals giving us tough time on what we know best.
Enough of prpfessionals spoiling our works in our present all in the name of minor error.
Enough of professionals who don't know elanything and yet collect the fastest salaries and allowances.
Enough is enough... We can't endure it any longer.

We must find something to do urgently, else, fire will breakdown. We don't need unteractions but actions.
We don't need certificates but brains... Please, return our value to us... This suffering is too unbearable.
