Success can be defined as the fulfilment you derive from the completion of a task. Success must have visited you at one time or the other, haven't it?
Whenever we see it anywhere, it is been recognised.
Although, this is just an introduction to success. We are going to be elaborating on different aspects as it affect our lives. We are going to be considering the "extra" effort successful people employed in other to attain such feat. We are also going to be admonishing ourselves.
Not only that, as my manner is, I going to hold your hands and take you to where it won't be different and fearless for you to achieve something tangible. Are you ready to go with me to the land of progress? Do you promise to adhere to all that we will be discussing in these sections of teachings? Alright, seat back, take a light breath and let get started to learning something new today.
To start with, I want to employ a word to ease my explanations. I pick the word, " PERUSE." This word may outlarecapi to some people while to others very familiar with, and to some, they are indifference (whether or not they have ever came across it). Anyway, you know it, you are not sure or you don't know it at all, we will reintroduce it. Am I speaking your mind?
Peruse means to read and study. Reading is actually different from studying, do you agree with me? Yes, you must! Reading is preface knowledge while studying is getting in depth knowledge about something, be them information, research or education.
To explain reading only, will take a longer time because we have to pick the letters one after the other in other to get the real meaning. Well, can you permit me to do that? I promise not to explain.I'll just rush through it.
R- Reassuring, Reassessing or recapitulating: To anyone who wants to read, he must have it at the back of his mind that he just about to be certain about what he had already known. Not only that, he is going to be summarising the lengthy part.
E- Explicitness or Elucidation: Maybe you have read something before that you did seem to understand, now that you are privilege to read it again, you want to make sure you get the real picture.
A- Assimilation or Acquaintance: you read to get foreknowledge of something. Many people read newspapers, for example, just to know what is going on in the city or the nation.
D- Delightsomeness: Anything you read that you are not delighted in, you kept it afar off. You want to read for relaxation or recreation. Reading is fun when it is delightful and when you are delighted.
I would have loved to share some benefits of reading either at leisure times or you just want to... We have some people that are called "AVID READERS." They just love their eyes to be glancing through some things. You hardly see them empty on in unreasonably lengthy discussions. Rather, they engage themselves with something.
Do you love reading? Are you afraid of even reading a pile of book?How many times have you read this week, month or even year? Hmmm.. The secret truth is, you have to start from somewhere. Read comics and minimal paged books. You can eveeln start with children literatures. Then, graduate yourself to fuller ones before you can now start the real reading of lengthy paged books. S- Set a goal: Known what you want to achieve at the end of your study.
T- Time management: make judicious use of your time. Time is everything.
U- Utilise available opportunities: a saying going thus, once opportunity is lost, it can never be regained. So therefore, make sure you utility and fully explore all available opportunities.
D- Diligent and Don't now: You must be diligent. Don't pprocrastinate because
