Today, we want to look at this word, maladministration, together. Though it might not be a new word to many of us but we need to see aomehibg special and peculiar in it. I want to explain t in a new way.
To start with, what is maladministration? It simply means, deficiencies in administrative role. Be them corruption's, extortions, modifications or general perfidies. It is rampant in our communities today.
Many a time, we are being ridiculed when we make efforts to correct them. The nag at us, even disgrace us. But, I want to tell us something that, nonetheless, we are not to be discouraged. You are right and they are wrong. You must maintain that right attitude so as to correct the negative impressions.
As my manner, I want to analyse some elements of "MALADMINISTRATION" in a mnemonical order. That is what we all need to watch out to ensure you are not into he deadly evil trend.
M- Money laundering- always ask yourself, am I a money launder?
A- Absenteeism without genuine reason- You likewisr need to urgently check ourself whether we play truancies in our posts of duties.
L- Lethargies- Am I lazy?
D- Dodging work- do I dodge work?
M- Moving around aimleasly- Am I concentrate at work?
I- Impenitence
N- Nagging or noisomely
I- Impatience
S- Silence
T- Talkativeness
R- Restlessness
A- Antipathy
T- Tale bearing
I- Insensitivity
O- Ostentatious
N- Nepotism.
