Leaders Are Ladder; Unforgiveness: The Barrier
Stan Toler once said that, unforgiveness is like breaking the middle of a ladder that one will still climb. it is ridiculous to find out that where you are supposed to be helped has been previously despoiled by you. A bad man has innocently made bad the office he is suppose to earn his livelihood.
Ladder has many steps. you do not know which is faulty of breakable but you trust that everything will just be good enough to step on. What if you have one time or the other remove the nail that fastened it to the plank? definitely, you will fall off when you get there.
Getting to the top is like the steps in a ladder, you need to pass through so many people to get to the top. So are good and others are not fair at all to behold. they are cruel to anyone they come across.
Either you like it or not, you must pass through a cruel master that will drill and prepare you for the future.
Advise: Dont spoil the long awaited future with one minute on anger.
