Seasoned Word. Part2

To explain my points in a more explicitly one,
I want to make use of some mnemonics that will inspire the right ways to use our words.
How do you think my words can be seasoned, Mr. Write? Answer: your words can be seasoned and sweet to the hearer if only you can be;
S- Simple- don't make your words complicated and too much. That means, avoid unnecessary and anger triggering words or sentences. Be taciturn and let your words be free. For those who are having challenges with lengthy and unreasonable words, you must now learn to limit your words to the best of your knowledge. Don't go extramile to proclaim rumours again!
E- Explicitly- Don't talk with your tongue in you cheek. Speak what you know and in the extra version you know it. Also, ensure clarity and vividness. Don't just speak grammars to the unlearned becase you are not going to pass any meaningful message across. Ensure that your words are few, easily understood and meaningful. There is a person somewhere that just goes about publishing unreasonable grammars. People now listen and laugh at his grammars because they don't understand any bit from what he communicates. This trend is very unsavory.
A- Attention- It is a courtesy for you to talk while othera listen and vice versa. Don't be the only chief speaker. Listen while others speak too. They have respected you by listening and courtesy demands that you listen to them also. Actually, message is complete when we talk and others respond. A teacher will teach and expect questions from the students after the his explanations. This helps him to know where he needs to buckle down and does better. Do you pay attention to your audience? If no why not? You need to work on this aspect if you make make a seasing communication.
S- Style- To be dynamic is very encouraging. Don't based your system on a unitary system. Be dynamic. Change your style of your communication where necessary. Are you a teacher, learn to make use of interesting styles to reach you prospective students. Whatever area you may be, learn to change and make use of more interesting styles to reach your audience.
O- Organisation- If you are well organised, then everything goes on well and fine but if you are not, then otherwise is the case. Organising yourself or rather say, comport yourself in the presence of people. Don't just stand like a statue or archaic in your ideas and old fashioned in dressing. Be a vogue and appear trendy. This stimulates your rating you high. Don't only organise your self, be mindful of your sentences and words. Don't every attempt to use degrading words on anyone. Be mindful and careful!
