Subtle Infidelity

Something happened in my office just last week. Some of our trainees who are just deployed from one of the empowerment programmes were asked to fill an attendance form in which they were fully in attendance. one of the trainees, a woman, filled everything and was looking at me from a distance as if to say that I cant just help it. I wasn't so happy with that act. another was told the same thing, but he refused saying that he was present in the days outlined. The guy took courage and refused to filled in the days he wasn't present but only the day he was. The third person, who happened to be a guy, also followed the first woman trend followed. The different between the first, third and second person is conviction. The first duo that compromised didnt have conviction. they just fell flat to the corruption but the second, though look foolish, stood and remain unchanged by circumstances around.

if you must make it in life, you must be able to have strong conviction against compromise. if any of the three people are to be employed into the company in the nearest future, who do you think is qualified for the job? these are things we must check out for before we compromise our stand.
It was so disheartening but, there was nothing I could do to rectify their precarious condition.
Be faithful and never fall flat for subtle infidelity.
