Business With Perfect Understanding (part1)

There are several people who venture into a business without carrying out any research or having proper knowledge about the business. this is the first killer of all businesses.
If you must accept any business offer, you must have carried out your survey and have foreknowledge about what it entails to go into it. You cannot just decide based on your parochial knowledge.
first of all, what is business? Business has so many definitions but there is something that stands out in all the definitions, utility and profit maximization. these duos are what people actually wanted. when a business is able to satisfied the people and bring in profit and increases successively, then, that is called business. you cant have high utility with decreased or epileptic profit margin.
There is also need for perfect knowledge. If you notice most of our big companies and industries, many of them are owned by private individuals and managed by some junks experts who receive fat salaries. now, the problem arise when there is need for profit maximization. the owner doesnt know neither does he cares to know about the concept behind profit increment. all what he needed at that moment is for the profit to increase in  whatever possible means available, even, it requires the quality products of the business to fall. this is the way business owners think.
Also, big companies thrive because they sell their good-names built over the years. but the small and infant companies willing to gain business grounds sell good products but  are virtually rejected but uncaring circumstances and operations of the market leaders.

If your business, thereofore, must survive these hiccups, you have have perfect knowledge with understanding. this subject is very complex, but I believe that you have gain one thing or the other that will give you clue to knowing what to go after in settling up your own business.
to be continued.
