Simply put, if a man has decided to be motivated by ephemeral things then, all sort of scurry to hurry along getting everything for oneself is inevitable. Note, I'm not saying you shouldn't want more but then, the forceful steps taken in acquiring it shouldn't be questionable.
To be one a safer side, let your mentor choose for you. You cannot know more than they do. Your mentor can be someone you look up to become like- parent, magnate, elite, erudite etc. Whatever picture you may have at heart, endeavour to not be a charlatan of materials merit. Do not be accused of being in possession of what may mar your integrity which is integral to your eventual success.
