Today, I'm taking the next letter in the word, BOLD to show how to build a bold team. O-Outstanding: Like the example I gave above that no one wants to endup building building a dunghill but, rather, a gigantic, fascinating and eye capturing edifice. You must build and brush up yourself to outstanding or let me say to stand out from your peers and partners. Dont rush to complete the building of your house but patiently setup a plan that will receive passersby accolade. Great men buildup themselves to stand out at anytime, whether it ia ferocious, turbulent or horrendous, they always have the backbone to stand, so must your partnership business! To be continued.

Continuing from where I stopped, I'll be treating the first letter in the word, BOLD. In successive discussions, I'll be dealing with the remaining letters. B- Building: do you know one truth about any building is that it has a builder(s)! Here you must be your own builder, no one can help you! You must lay a standard and rocky foundation for a resilient future. As a wise builder, he starts with one phase and moves to the other phases. He builds the house with quality buildings materials. He is never in a hurry to build a gigantic edifice. If there is a problem with the erection of the house, he concisely detects where the default is from, whether it should be aligned, patiently and careful will he do these. You also, if you must build a successful relationship with others, employ these techniques. In my last post on Choice, I promised to share with you on how to make wise choice. Making wise choice is not a very strenuous effort. All you need to do is to learn some simple but sensitive rudiments in handling such scenarios. I have given you some probing questions you need to ask yourself while attempting to make or take any choice. Having taken those preliminary test, you need to go further by doing more practical. Yes, practice approach to whatever question you have just asked yourself. One of them is, whenever you want to take or decide on a choice, consider first the word "JOY." You can ask questions like am I Justified to make his kind of choice? Two, in what way(s) do(es) this my choice affects Others? Three, what is Your own personal gain or privilege that you are sure to derive from taking such choice? Life, in general, is a voice, therefore we need to make our choice so that we can rejoice at the end. Choice us what marks out a wise from a foolish person. It's this same choice that differentiates a learned and an illiterate persons. Your choice today is peoples' voices tomorrow. How about your choice? Is it a wise one or otherwise?
