As I will always say, it is a rare privilege to address people, especially, those who are highly recognised and respected. I am here not because am more qualified more than you are.

It is always a prime privilege to write. Writing is the indebt of one's mind on a particular subject. Today, it's pleasure to write on this very importance topic, " Paddle Your Own Canoe."

Today, I want to clear some doubts and unbeliefs of some people on love. Love, though very essential in every human life. You must love atvone time or the other. Some people say, love is beautiful... Hmmmm...

A man said, if you fail to plan, then you are planning to fail. This is a very practical admonition. You must, not you could, may or might. You must be strict with your decision. You want to affect the lives of people positively, you must be strictly practical.

* God seems weak to you but wicked to some people.  Psalms  86:15  But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, long suffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth. * He is preserving you for  commendation  but reserving some people to condemnation.

Have you ever consider this word in peculiar ways? When you remove subsequent letters, it'll still form a new word. Pride are in two parts. It'll either catapult you to your glory or make people tell bad stories about you. You read to pass, right? What if you pass without any ulterior motive but people mistook that for a pride? Will you beg them that you were wrongs that you had passed?

It's widely believed that what a man does is the complete decision of the jury of his mind. If that is the case, then, what comprises the jury of one's mind? Well, I may not be able to give explicit and acurate description of that but all that I know is that decision is aided by some unseen forces of the mind.

Have you ever wondered why some people lack vision? What they know is food and comestible only. No time to reason and set their minds on high things. Do you know what? No breakfast, no brain to do the right thing. No lunch, no learning of new techniques. No supper, no sight. To crown it all, no food no foresight. Are you like that? Sadness is madness... The rate at which you get angry, if unchecked, it can make you mad. There are many people that anchored their lives on regrets and depressions. No matter how you encourage or help them, they will always end up as ingrate. You spend all your living on someone, he/ she refuses to appreciate that. You took your time to helping people develop their aims and purposes in life. But they never reciprocated likewise. Could all these make you sad? No prophecy of any prophet should make you sad... They only want to have all your money. When they tell you that heaven is angry with you, don't believe any bit of that. Heaven is busy looking way to be happy with you. Heaven itself has so many obligations, so how come you are the only one its angry with? I have told you before, when men criticise your ideas. There are various contradictions about missions and visions. What are the differences? What do we mean about that? Is there any relationship? To ask few questions... What are the differences between mission and vision. Mission is the road, vision is the road map. All you need to talk on this topic is based on this simple analogy. Mission is a statement, vision is reinstatement. Mission gives you direction while vision leads you into the direction. You can't work out a mission without having a strong vision. But vision can herald you to having a mission. I think, I have covered those first two questions, isn't it? Ofcourse yes! Is there any relationship now? Yes, there are relationships between a mission and a vision. Though almost the same thing but h ave distinctive differences.

To start with, I want to answer the question above. It is an imperative not to be sad about any issue. So therefore, it is a must! You cant just go about being moody or broken faced. People will start questioning you, what is the matter? And that is what you can't take. You don't want to take that shit from them. So, you too should take away that shit that aides attraction of sympathies from everyone. My dear friend, you can't remain gloomy! One, it disfigures your face. Two, you don't look anymore handsome or beautiful to others. Three, people will always jettison and abscond you. Four, you don't look healthy again. Five, your lifespan is shorten. I often wonder why so many cases of depression, obsession, oppression and compression are happening today. Well, I might be that those people are very facing one chronic challenge or the other. The most deleterious disease eating up talent is inability to tale prompt decision personally. Delay has been the cooperate wears of some people. They don't see promptness as a point of duty. Nobody dares correct or tell them the truth about a matter, they will make that person their rival. Talent is not someone to get the approval of someone somewhere before you decide when to display. They tutor of an expertise comes when you must have started already and you need to know more or be perfect in certain areas. Aside that, you can develop yourself, since, you are the owner of your talent. Nobody cares about you at first, but when it starts to manifest, they will be magnetised to you. When you don't decide on time now, your talent will be petered, declined and worn away. Start a work on yourself now!

Many people pile up their talents . They have junk of useful informations up there but never think at anytime to use it wisely. They dont even remember that they have anything up in their brain. Many people have what it takes to become millionaire in their heads but they never attempt to start. Why, they don't want to start small! Everybody wants to become sudden millionaire! Ha! You can never make headways with that conception. You have to start from somewhere small, then, develop little by little until you blossom. What do we then say to those who have these beautiful vision and never for one day resolve to start? If you don't use your talent or vision, you will, undoubtedly, lose it.

The passage is in Ecclesiastes  3:15 which says, That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past. Let's take the first clause, that which hath been is now;... There are no proofs, of whatsoever sorts, stating the time of your future. Every material of such is an outright heresies. Believe me you, your future starts the day you change your course to doing something right. All these times, you have been kind of extravagant with your time, why not change and spend it wisely? OK, let's see it in this way, if truly your future is still far, why is your age not static?

A number of person still believed that their future will be bright and glamorous. They have totally forgotten that their future is the accumulation of their routinely decisions. There is no future anywhere. Your future starts now. So, prepare to yourself to be great by dong the necessary things now!

That's exactly what I've been trying to reiterate. When dissatisfaction enters you heart, it genders pride. When it gets to your head, you're proud. When it enters your hands, you will steal. When it enters your mouth, you become glutton. When it enters you mind, you'll become flirt. When it gets to your eyes, you will be covetous. Any part of your body it gets to, it affects that part negatively. It has prompted some to gambling, quick wealth involved, drug trafficking, rituals, kidnapping, robbery, corruption which were are currently battling with everywhere in the world. Malcontent is a great threat to the lives of everybody. Let's unanimously fight against it. It is like a cankerworm that destroys our harvest. You and I can if we unite. Can I count on you?

A wise man is not carried away by the flatteries of a foolish friend. That your friend is stinkingly rich doesn't mean you are entitled to his share of wealth. Go work and earn yours. Now, you are even planning to assassinate him and run away with his wealth, why? Pride has engraved your mind to be jealous. A poor man's rich friend will be the killer of rich Man's poor wealth. Do you understand that you need to work solely against covetousness?

Where I'm heading to isn't actually distant but the short turns are too many. On the issue of traveling as a recommendation for achievements, I say no! Traveling by some people is for recreation, exposure, tourism and research purposes, so where did you get your own financial achievements because you have travelled to different countries? Are the governments of countries now paying people because they visit their countries? How come you are so proud because you've visited foreign Land?

Even, if you have circled the world, it can never change your reasoning, complexion, attitude or even wealth. You had been on tour all this while. No man can measure his success by merely itemising the places he had or he will be traveling to. Do you know what, most people always mistake achievements for how places they had been too. Are you one of them? How can I be certain if you weren't deported!

There are many false conceptions of success. One of them is self deception. You know that you don't have anything with you but because you want to deceive somebody, you decided to profess what you don't possess. Can I say this, success is not by struggle. Another one is pride. A little boy wants to look so big that he wants elderly people to greet him. He goes out in his dad's newly acquires jeep. He makes himself the centre of attractions to on lookers. Can I say this, pride will ride you until you die in tide.<be>

Misconceptions on the human existence have crept in and dug deep into science theory. Many said they existed from fossils. Another group if scholars said they are from rocks. A very knowledgeable man said, he is from the family of apes, while a wide range of him being still affirm that they are from Adam. In which ever case, I am not from rock, fossils, or apes, I am who God says I am. I am fearfully and wonderful made. I am God's image. Your theory is just human conjures.

You are not created to be a crescent. Be the full moon. Don't stop have way. Zip up your belt, keep up your head, lead others up to help fulfil their destinies and finally remain at the top of your aim. Never you lunch out for minority when majority is awaiting for you up there. You prefer to serve your Master more than been your own master. You would rely solely on the initiatives of other people while you allow yours lie dormant. You can correct and call other people to order while you are very disorderly. Stop! There's no road there. Build your own method for other also to mentor.

Your past accolades do not mean your present affiliations. You can be an intelligent person but that doesn't guarantee that you are influential. A man that decides to cut short his dream by waking up to begin one is far better that a man with ten proposal to start a big business. Never end at paper or head knowledge, begin something with your hand.

Why are you confused? You are the chief bedbug of wealth, followed by your family, girlfriends and concubines, relations and friends. You through parties everywhere and every time. People even think everyday is your birthday or Christmas. Your children school abroad, wife puts on expensive imported clothing materials. Your girlfriend trims her nail in Oklahoma city in UK. Why won't your wealth be eaten up in a moment? Wealth gotten in a crooked ways, how do you expect it to last longer that shortest time? Be renounce corruption and abide with satisfaction! You can't eat beyond what your stomach can contain, no man every sleep in two houses in a nught , not even two beds at a time. So, why the struggles for other men's sweat? Once again, be satisfies with what you have!

No one cares but someone does. Tell me, who? Bedbugs of wealth do care about making your wealth a thing of the past. How and who are the bedbugs? Well, they are youraelf, children and friends. How do you mean? These are the first set of people that determine whether you wealth lasts or now. In what way, sir? It seems I am getting confused!

Wealth creation is the most important thing that ushers you to a realm of important personality. Many people have adopted so many policies to generate wealth. Some form alliances, society, cartel, consortiums other partnerships. So go their wealth from dubious sources or got theirs by being scrupulous. Either way, what they are interested in is the fact that, they own wealth. Wait, can this wealth be true and last longer? Do they can about the livelihoods of others? Do they consider the proletariat? Well, maybe they don't understand the rule of wealth. The common saying that health is wealth. Who cares?

Many individuals and scholars believed that when you ain't informed then, you are deformed. In other words, information is the lifewire or anybody who desires to achieve something great. Yes, that is true! But I say, Information without promptness leads to deformation. I.e after you must have had your information handy but you refused to work on it, you will end up being deformed. Do you now understand?

Starting from where I stopped,  Here, I want to show you why you need to use reading as a basic tool to getting alk what you need or in another way round, why is reading expedient or imperative? R- Reassurance: you want to be sure that you need it. Don't just pick up a book when you know fully well that you don't need information(s) from it. You read a novel or prose to get more understanding or concept or a particular author, playwright, poet or anyone writing such parcel of book. You as well need a dictionary to guide you or make you to be sure of some spellings. the bottom line is, you read to to reassure yourself. <br> E- Explicitness: Whenever you are thrown into confusion or to the land unknown, you need reading to bring you back to your normal state. You make read to be clarified and doubtless. Don't read irrelevant materials that will make you loose your intelligence or thinking cap. Read to get understanding. <br>

Back to the discussion, when we talk about swot, it means someone that is very studious or the person that likes to study. As simple as that. Now, how many of us, actually, are very studious or love to study? A handful percentage! But many people still believed that they are studious. They think, congesting voluminous book within a short period of time makes them what we called, SWOT, not so my friend! Hearing this, the children hurried inside the barn, went through and around the entire stack of hay but still could not find the watch. Just when the farmer was about to give up looking for his watch, a little boy went up to him and asked to be given another chance. The farmer looked at him and thought, “Why not? Inefficiency has virtually raped most people unnoticeably. We think we are so prudent to present a wise excuses while being negligent of our duty. Ineffectiveness has characterised our outputs and dispositions. We now barely long for expertise. We just want to do it anyhow, why? We don't care whether we hurt people around us or not. Never you attempt to treat someone like a nobody because, they actually, are somebody. But don't allow them drag you into the mud of poverty, rather rag them off and stick to your decision. You may have wealthy plan but you need someone who will help you actualise it. Don't keep or hide your talent, it will only lie waste in that dry grave. Let people cricise you but follow your dream. Those that criticise you now will have to purchase tickets to watch you later on if you don't stop. Remember, absurd people never go on vacation. Thanks!

Actually, impossibility is a Bus stop in Ibadan, a Capital State of Oyo in Nigeria. So, don't see things differently the way achievers see theirs. There is always opportunity when you try it another way. You are created to be different. Even identical twins are created for different purposes. Yes, you and your best friend must not necessary be heading to the same way. Try a route quite different than his. Be a change that arouses and instills change in other people's minds. Their missions are not the same. They have varied impetus in them. Don't compare yourself with just anybody because he/she us just nobody. Thanks!
